his 33-year film career when, all of a sudden, he launched the Telugu Desam party in March
1982 “to bring back the glory of the 2,000-year old heritage of the Telugu people.
He took to politics, he said, to do something for the people of Andhra Pradesh, who admired and
patronized him and made him rich and famous. In nine months, he stormed literally into every

“a political joke.” The people of Andhra did not think all this was funny. In one fell swoop,
they gave Mrs. Gandhi and the other opposition parties in the state the drubbing of their lives by
simply bundling them all out in the historic election to the state assembly.
Who is NTR? How did he perform this miracle? Can he deliver the goods? Can he live up to
the people’s examinations? What are his dreams and plans?

“There’s something special about a woman who dominates in a man’s world. It takes a certain grace, strength, intelligence, fearlessness, and the nerve to never take no for an answer.” Today, I will tell you a compelling story about a power house, an embodiment of Jnana Sakti and Kriya Sakti and a living legend who dedicated her life to the field of neurology and whose stature commands standing ovation at the very mention of her name.
